RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We handle returns with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Our amazing team is so friendly and eager to help that you just might become friends during the process.
Our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy is good for 60 days from the date you placed your order. After 60 days, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, it's not a problem! Please contact us and send us your order number and the correct size. We will get a new size out to you at no cost.
Please DO NOT send your order back to our partner manufacturer or our shipping provider. We will give you instructions on how and where to return an item.
Some orders travel a long distance to get to you and occasionally products get damaged during the shipping process. If the item you purchased arrives flawed, defective or damaged, we will send out a replacement at no cost. Please contact us and send us a description or photo of your damaged or broken item so we can get a replacement out to you right away.
If your order was a gift, then please contact us to make arrangements for an exchange.
If you are truly unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund, contact us with your order number. We will issue a refund minus the shipping and handling costs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
Some goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged such as perishable goods, flowers, newspapers or magazines. Additional non-returnable items include: Gift cards, download-able software products and some health and personal care items.
FREE OFFERS, GIVEAWAYS AND GIFTS
All Free Offers, Giveaways and Gifts, which only require customers to cover shipping and handling costs, must be canceled within the same day of order to receive a refund. Once the item has shipped, the order becomes non-refundable.
CUSTOMER SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
We understand that “typos” do happen from time to time, especially if you are shopping from a mobile device. In the event that a customer enters the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address. VENXARA cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. We want to make sure that you get your order as quickly as possible.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company again. Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect on your account statement or in your account balance. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and a reasonable amount of time has passed and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item you received was a gift from another person and you would like to exchange it for a different size, please contact us.
