I had ordered the bracelet for my mother as a Christmas gift on the 7th of December. Christmas Day came and went, as did Epiphany, and I still hadn’t received it yet. After reaching out, they promptly always replied to my emails and sent a replacement. It turned out, the original had already shipped, so I now have a second one!
